This transparent polycarbonate enclosure turns both M.2 NGFF (SATA) and PCIe NVMe SSDs into fast external storage over both USB-A (USB 3.1) and Type-C Gen 2, with transfers ngff up to 5gbps · nvme up to 10gbps.

It takes M.2 sticks up to 2TB, needs no tools or drivers, and the pocketable 109 × 32 × 12 mm shell shows the drive inside. Power draw stays at 4.5W active and 0.5W idle.

Will this fit my laptop or mini PC?

Check your slot type first: this drive uses the M.2 form factor listed in the specifications above (2242 or 2280). Most laptops and mini PCs accept 2280; compact and embedded devices often need 2242.

NVMe vs SATA: which do I have?

NVMe drives use the PCIe lanes on an M.2 slot and are several times faster than SATA. If your board’s M.2 slot is SATA-only, choose an M.2 SATA (NGFF) drive instead. The keying differs.

Do I need to install drivers?

No. Windows 10/11, Linux and Chrome OS recognise the drive natively. Initialise it in Disk Management (Windows) on first boot.
