Component QC on receipt
Incoming stock is checked against spec before it is racked. DOA units never reach a customer or a build.

Complete desktops are built by technicians, not a line: cable routing, thermal paste and BIOS settings done properly.

Builds run stress tests before packing. If a part is going to fail early, we want it to fail on our bench.
