Who can apply for a trade account?
Shops, resellers, system builders and institutional suppliers with a GST registration.
What is the difference between Dealer and Distributor?
Dealer pricing applies from 10 units per product. Distributor pricing applies from 50 units per product, with deeper quantity pricing.
Do I need a shop to apply?
No. System builders without a storefront qualify too. The GST registration is the requirement, not the premises.
How do I apply?
Sign in with Google or an email code, choose Dealer or Distributor, and submit your GSTIN with your GST certificate.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews every application within one working day and tells you by email.
Where do I see trade prices?
Trade prices are not shown on the site. Send a bulk order from your account and the quotation arrives there.
How do I pay?
Accept the quotation in your account, pay by bank transfer and enter the UTR there. We confirm the payment and your GST invoice arrives in the account.
How current are the prices?
They move with our costs. Every quotation carries the current price for your quantity.
What if a product I sold is faulty?
Bring it with the invoice to the branch that billed you for hand-to-hand replacement, as set out in our return policy.
Can I collect orders from a branch?
Yes, from any of our five branches. Stocked items are ready within 24 hours.
