What is the minimum order for bulk pricing?
Quantity pricing starts small — from about five machines. Larger lots (labs, floors, campuses) are quoted per unit with the discount built in.
Do you supply to colleges, schools and government institutions?
Yes. We supply colleges, schools, training institutes and offices across India, with GST invoicing on every order and the paperwork institutional purchase processes ask for.
How fast can a computer lab be delivered?
Stocked configurations dispatch within 24 hours. Larger deployments ship in scheduled lots — each stage with its own invoice — so rooms go live in sequence rather than waiting on one big shipment.
What warranty do bulk desktops carry?
The same warranty as every POWERX machine: the GST tax invoice is the warranty card, backed by RMA desks at our branches in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad.
Can configurations be customised per order?
Yes — RAM, storage and monitor pairings are quoted to the job. Tell us the workload (office, lab software, design) and the quote matches the machine to it.
How do payment and invoicing work?
Per-unit GST invoicing on every lot, quotes within one working day, and staged billing for staged deliveries. GSTIN goes on the invoice for input credit.
