Support

Hardware breaks. Support shouldn't.

Drivers, the claim walkthrough, troubleshooting and prefilled request emails. When the page doesn't solve it, a person on the phone does.

The claim, step by step

Four steps, start to resolved.

  1. 01

    Find your invoice

The invoice number and purchase date drive the whole claim. For online orders it is in your order confirmation email.

  2. 02

    Describe the fault to support

Call +91 98453 10344 or WhatsApp with the invoice number, product serial, a one-line fault description and when it started. Half the faults we hear get fixed on that call.

  3. 03

Hand over or ship the unit

Walk into any branch RMA desk, or courier the unit to the address support gives you. Claim shipping is paid by the customer; original packaging helps but is not mandatory.

  4. 04

    Resolution within the target

We test, then repair or replace within the 48-hour working target. Tracking lands in your email the moment it ships back.

RMA desks at all five branches take claims over the counter, Mon-Fri, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM; addresses and phones live on the contact page. Terms, coverage and the DOA fast lane live on the warranty page.

Troubleshooting

The four calls we get most.

Two minutes here often saves the courier round-trip.

The PC won’t power on
Check the wall socket with another device, confirm the SMPS rocker switch at the back is on (I), and reseat the power cable at both ends. If the fan spins but nothing displays, reseat the RAM one module at a time, then call support with the model.
A new SSD isn’t detected
For SATA, check the data and power cables and try another port; for M.2, confirm the drive is fully seated and screwed down. New drives need initialising in Windows Disk Management: right-click the disk, Initialise, create a volume.
Wi-Fi adapter connects and drops
Install the driver from the disc in the box or the drivers page; the generic Windows driver causes most drops. On desktops use the rear USB ports and keep the antenna clear of the cabinet’s metal panel.
Monitor shows “no signal”
If a graphics card is installed, the cable goes into the card, not the motherboard port. Try the other input (HDMI/VGA) from the monitor’s input menu and test the cable on another device before assuming the panel.
Asked at this desk

Support-specific questions.

Do I need an appointment for the service desk?
No. Walk in during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM). For faster handling carry the invoice number and, for components, the product serial.
My product was bought at a partner store. Do you still support it?
Yes. PowerX-brand products carry the same warranty wherever they were bought. Bring the purchase invoice from the store.
Can support help me choose an upgrade?
That is half of what the phone line does. Tell us the machine model and the job. We confirm compatibility before you spend anything.
Where’s my order?
The tracking number lands in your email at courier pickup. Keep your order number handy and support can pull it up.
How fast is dispatch?
Stocked items leave within 24 hours on working days. Remote PIN codes can add a day or two in transit.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Call before dispatch and we can change or cancel it. After dispatch, the RMA route handles it.

Still stuck?

Skip the page. Call the desk.

Mon-Fri, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Describe the fault and a technician takes it from there.
