Delivery charges
- Online orders above ₹999 ship free.
- Below ₹999, the courier charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Bulk orders carry a transport fee, quoted with the order.

Payment
Prepaid only — UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay. No cash on delivery.
Section 03
Dispatch and delivery
- Stocked items dispatch within 24 hours on working days; others within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery takes 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
- Your tracking link arrives by email on dispatch.
- Need to change the address? Tell us before dispatch.

Damaged on delivery
- Report within 24 hours of delivery, with photos, for a replacement.
- Laptop screens: report within 3 hours of delivery.
