Terms of Service

• Prices include GST. The invoice shows the breakup.
• Prices can change without notice. A confirmed order keeps its price.
• If a listing has a clear pricing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

• Pay in full at checkout — UPI, cards or net banking via Razorpay. No cash on delivery.
• Every order is confirmed by email with a GST invoice on dispatch.
• We may cancel an order for stock, payment or fraud reasons — you get a full refund.

• Cancel before dispatch by calling customer care. The refund goes to your original payment method in 5–7 business days, minus payment-gateway charges (about 2%).
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

• We do not accept returns of products that are working as described.
• Defective or damaged products are handled under the RMA Policy.

• One coupon per order. PXFIRSTBUY is for a customer's first order only.
• Offers can end without notice; confirmed orders keep them.

• Logos, images and text are POWERX property. Don't copy them without permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Indian law applies. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
