What we collect
- Order details — name, phone, email, delivery and billing address, GSTIN if you add one.
- Payments — processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Enquiries — what you send through forms, email, WhatsApp or the quote tools.
- Site usage — pages visited, device, city, how you arrived (Google Analytics and our own visit log).
- Ads measurement — Meta pixel, to measure our ads. You can switch this off in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
- To deliver, invoice and support your order, and to honour warranty.
- To answer your enquiry and send quotes you asked for.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
- To understand what visitors look for and improve the site.
- To send deals and restock alerts — only if you subscribed or bought from us. One click unsubscribes.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices — 8 years, as GST law requires.
- Enquiries and leads — up to 24 months.
- Analytics — up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe. Write to the Grievance Officer — we reply within 30 days.

The site runs on HTTPS. Payments go through Razorpay (PCI-DSS). Access to order data is limited to staff who need it.
