Asked at the desk.
Windows already installed something. Do I still need this?
Windows baseline drivers make hardware work; ours make it work properly. Wi-Fi drops and display glitches usually trace to the generic driver.
The download is a Google Drive folder?
Yes, packages are hosted on our official Drive. Download the whole folder for your model; the version is in the folder name.
No driver listed for my product?
SSDs, RAM and most peripherals run natively, no driver needed. If a networked or display product is missing, call support and we add the package.
If drivers aren't the fix.
