Run as administrator
Right-click setup and run it as administrator. Allow it if antivirus asks.
Restart
Restart when asked. A skipped restart is the usual reason a driver fails.

Where do I find my model number?
Motherboards: printed on the board between the PCIe slots and on the box label, starting with PMB. Graphic cards: the sticker on the back of the card. USB Wi-Fi adapters: the label underneath.
I bought a POWERX desktop. Which drivers do I need?
The model is on your invoice and the label at the back of the cabinet. Raise a technical ticket with it and we tell you every driver that build needs.
Two models look almost the same. Does it matter?
Yes. Near-identical names can use different chips. Match the model number exactly before you download.
Windows already installed a driver. Do I still need this?
Windows drivers make the hardware work; ours make it work properly. Wi-Fi drops and display glitches usually come from the generic driver.
Why does the download open Google Drive?
Our packages are hosted on the official POWERX Drive. Download the whole folder for your model; the version is in the folder name.
Where is the audio or Wi-Fi driver for my board?
Some boards have it as a separate package. PMB-H61 and PMB-H81 list Realtek audio beside the main drivers; PMB-B760 and PMB-Z790 list Wi-Fi.
Do I need to remove the old driver first?
For a graphics driver, yes. Uninstall the old one, install the new one, then restart.
Does my cabinet temperature display need a driver?
Yes. The P300 and U3600 displays need their package to show sensor readings. Pick Temperature display above to download it.
My product is not listed. Do I need a driver?
SSDs, RAM and most peripherals work without one. If a network or display product is missing, raise a ticket and we add the package.
