RMA POLICIES FOR OUR “POWER-X”
PRODUCTS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS / VENDOR / AUTHORISED VENDOR / RETAIL CUSTOMER / WHOLESALE CUSTOMER:
- We have our own service Centre’s at Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad & Bangalore.
- Warranty does not cover any type of damage / burnt / patches / scratches / pin bend / liquid damages / resulting from dust, foreign object, fire, water, input voltage beyond specifications, riot, mishandling, lighting, flood, or any act of nature and use contrary to the operations specified in the user’s manual supplied with the Product.
- We will not cover any responsibility for any type of damage or loss arising out of mishandling or incurred during transit.
- Warranty is void, if serial number or Product is mutilated, defaced, altered and / or if warranty sticker is tampered
- Warranty will be cover as per the mentioned period in Tax Invoice for respective product.
- If we are not able to cover the warranty, then we will issue the Credit Note as per market rate / purchase rate, whichever is lower.
- Logistics / Handing charges solely borne by customer / sender / buyer only. We will not pay logistics or handling charges.
